About NI
The sort version: a parody of Sol Badguy's Dragon Install
long version: a joke, turned into a bet, turned into a really great shirt.
I support video games and most importantly, great gamers all over the globe. the bulk of the meaning comes from what Sol's actual move does: acts like a bankai and lets that person perform in ways not normally possible. So, with that being said, it simply means to go beyond what's considered your limit(s). Strive for success and overcome all obstacles. Better yourself and work on your weaknesses. That is the true meaning of NI. Change the Game.
Which leads to the other meanings:
-SCOTT POPULAR [the guy you see wearing the shirt the most] is good at pulling women... Japanese women is a plus, lol. That takes skill and anyone who would want to be like or something similar to what my boy SCOTT can do, you need to step yo' pimp game up.
- Politics: Barack Obama. do I need to say anymore?
- Art and Expression: Americans envy what the Japanese have given the world of animation and it's one of the most popular art forms out. Unfortunately, some movies/series depict other races as weak compared to what is typically seen in the 20th century. Time has changed and shows like Afro Samurai prove that. short version: everyone is relevant in life regardless of race and art expressions.
- The Gamer: Don't try to be the next Daigo, John Choi, J, whoever. Do what you do but do it better. If you do not like being a pad warrior then get a arcade stick. If you do not like fighters and shooters because "I sux" then stop making excuses and study.
- You: This means to better yourself. Not just because your Black, Asian, Jewish, Mixed, ect. That's not important at all. You are important. You on this earth is important, and if you feel you have not amounted to anything then change that. Better the things around you. Your neighborhoods, your jobs, you mind set, your lifestyle, and even your relationships with people and family. all in all, whatever you value in life then do whatever it takes, no matter what it is, to make life a little better. Keep INSTALLING.
Welcome to NI Shirts & Apparel
The NI's are based off of a parody of the character Sol Badguy's move called Dragon Install. Since I use to pick Sol a lot [before playing Jam which is my main in AC] I always picked "the Black one" in GGX2. I use to joke a lot about it to a friend that he was saying, "NEEEEE-GRO IN-STALLLL!". My friend thought that was funny as hell and dared me to get a shirt with that on the front. So, I did, and the rest is history.
